MISSION STATEMENT

POSITION STATEMENT

POSITION SUMMARY

This position serves as the initial point of contact for customers calling EAP/WPS and provides administrative support for the Chief Operating Officer and other staff. Maintains records for all clients and subcontractors, to include contracts. Facilitates critical incident response services with clients.

Educational / Licensing Requirements:

· High School Diploma / GED






Experience / Skill Requirements:

· 3 years

· Must be familiar / proficient with computer use

· Prior experience / proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications such as Word and Excel

· Must have ability to adapt to work situations such as independent work and/or team environments.

Work Environment:

· Location – Indoor, climate controlled, office setting

Physical Requirements:





· Sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, bending, walking, stretching, grasping, repetitive motions.

· May be subject to sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time.

· Visual acuity, to include color, depth perception and field of vision with or without correction.

· Light lifting (up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently)

· Sufficient auditory function to hear phones, pages, instrument and/or system alarms, verbal commands.

· Must be able to communicate verbally with others, to include phone and/or radio equipment.






Position Goal:

To help AHS achieve its mission of service by carrying out position responsibilities in a most competent, professional and caring manner.





Position Responsibilities:



* Serves as initial point of contact for customers entering and calling EAP / WPS.

* Provides support services as requested by DOO.

* Provides support services to EAP/SAP Coordinators as needed.

* Maintains office equipment and supplies for corporate office.

* Acts as liaison with answering services and manages messages.

* Acts as liaison with Work/Life services vendor; creates new company codes and facilitates billing process.

* Maintains subcontractor network information in EAP Expert.

* Maintains client company information in EAP Expert.

* Enters timely updates on own client contacts in EAP Expert.

* Maintains client company contract renewal schedules and prepares new and renewal contracts in conjunction with other staff.

* Responsible for all subcontractor network resource services.

* Provides quality customer service through telephone and reception services, scheduling, referrals, troubleshooting administrative or technical problems, sending promotional materials and providing information about EAP/WPS.

* Assists with distribution of client company newsletters.

* Facilitates critical incident support services including helping to organize response, report and billing consolidation.

* Collects and enters data in API for EAP/WPS staff.
