Job Details Job Summary
The primary role of the Contract Maintenance Specialist is to act as the Global Administrator for the contract repository and maintain contract information within the contract repository according to policies and procedures. This position reports to Legal Services.

Education and Experience
Associate's degree OR high school diploma/GED plus at least four (4)years' experience in a healthcare setting required.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
2.Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), and Adobe Acrobat required.
3.Detail oriented is a must.
4.Strong work ethic and the ability to work with little supervision.

Essential Functions
People
1.Interacts with customers, senior/executive leadership, and internal audit as needs arise related to non-supply chain-related contracts.
Service
1.Global Administrator of current contract repository forLegal Services.
2.Manage email inbox dedicated to storing and processing contracts submitted to Legal Services for review.
3.Manage and assign contract review and drafting assignments to members of the Legal Services team.
4.Assist in prioritizing and processing contract review and drafting assignments.
5.Proof-read and finalize contracts for execution.
6.Track contract review projects using spreadsheet or other tool.
7.Accountable for training all Super-users to include proper completed documents required for uploading to the database.
8.Oversees access setup and security rights for all users of the system.
9.Accountable for leading quarterly training sessions for Super-user group to implement standard processes for uploading contracts.
10.Ensures email reminders are set up and functioning properly in contract repository for assigned Member Organizations.
11.Responsible for assisting Compliance to ensure BAAs are included when appropriate.
12.Audits Super users' contract entries to ensure compliance with contract repository standards (appropriate documentation, fully executed contracts).
Finance
1.Ensures documents are complete with fully executed signatures prior to uploading into the contract repository.
2.Responsible for properly uploading all fully executedreal estate contracts, physician agreements, professional/clinical services agreements, and all other non-supply chain related contracts, and ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
3.Responsible for addressing internal audit findings and reporting corrective action that will comply with existing policies.

Growth

Physical Demands
•Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally, sitting most of the time, and only brief periods of standing and walking.
•Requires the ability to travel to member organizations as needed.
